This policy sets out Product Stewardship Ltd’s commitment to conducting business honestly and ethically, and to complying with the Bribery Act 2010.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings, wherever we operate.
No one acting for us may offer, give, request or accept any bribe, facilitation payment, or other improper inducement, whether in cash or in any other form, to or from any person or organisation, public official or private individual, in order to gain or retain business or a business advantage.
Reasonable and proportionate gifts and hospitality, given or received openly in the ordinary course of business, are not prohibited. However, anything that could be seen as an inducement to act improperly, or that is not reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances, is not acceptable.
We expect anyone acting on our behalf, including subcontractors and business partners, to uphold the same standards set out in this policy, and we carry out appropriate due diligence before entering into significant third-party relationships.
Anyone with a genuine concern about actual or suspected bribery or corruption connected to our business should raise it with us at support@ps-ltd.co.uk. Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and treated confidentially.
This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and up to date.
