Product Stewardship Ltd’s annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold at which a statement is legally required under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily, because the standard we expect of our own supply chain is the same standard our clients expect of theirs.
We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, servitude or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
We are a specialist regulatory and material assurance consultancy providing professional advice, assessment and training services to clients in the UK, EU, industry and defence sectors. Our own supply chain is limited and low-risk, consisting primarily of professional subcontractors, specialist advisers, and standard business services (such as hosting, software and office services).
Where we engage subcontractors or suppliers, we consider the nature of the relationship and take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they operate to appropriate ethical standards, including in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Those involved in engaging suppliers or subcontractors on our behalf are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and of the importance of raising any concerns.
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with our business or supply chain can contact us at support@ps-ltd.co.uk.
This statement is reviewed annually and updated as our business and supply chain evolve.
